📦 Shipping Policy — SippityCup (Aramex Courier)

Thank you for shopping with SippityCup. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are shipped and delivered using Aramex within South Africa.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively with Aramex.

Aramex provides:
• Door-to-door delivery
• Tracking updates
• Delivery to all major cities and towns in South Africa


2. Shipping Areas

We ship to all South African provinces.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed.

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

If we experience delays (stock checks, high volumes), we will notify you via email.


4. Aramex Delivery Timeframes

Estimated Aramex delivery times:
• Major cities: 2–4 working days
• Regional areas: 3–6 working days
• Outlying areas: 5–9 working days

These timeframes are estimates provided by Aramex and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, severe weather, or courier disruptions.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on Aramex’s current rates.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless SippityCup made an error.


6. Aramex Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive:
• An Aramex tracking number
• A tracking link
• Courier contact details

Tracking may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.

You can track parcels directly on the Aramex website.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers must provide accurate:
• Delivery address
• Contact number
• Name

SippityCup is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address:
• Re-delivery fees will be charged
• Delivery will only be attempted again once payment is received


8. Delivery Attempts

Aramex will attempt delivery to the address provided.

If delivery fails due to:
• No answer
• Inaccessible address
• Incorrect details

The parcel may be returned or delivery may be rescheduled at an additional cost.


9. Lost or Stolen Parcels

If Aramex provides proof of delivery (POD), SippityCup is not liable for:
• Stolen parcels
• Parcels accepted by someone at the premises
• Parcels delivered to reception/security

Ownership transfers to the customer once the courier marks the parcel as delivered.

If a parcel goes missing before it is marked delivered, we will assist with an Aramex investigation.


10. Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging
2. Email us within 48 hours at sippitybrands@outlook.com

Claims submitted after 48 hours may be denied by the courier.


11. Pre-Orders

If your order contains pre-order items, dispatch will occur only once the pre-order item arrives.
We may ship items separately on request.
