By purchasing from SippityCup, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. This policy is written in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

1. 7-Day Return Period (Strictly Enforced)
Returns are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances, unless required by law.
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Packaging must be undamaged and complete
• Item must not show any signs of wear, handling, or use
Items that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items (CPA-Compliant)
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
If approved, SippityCup will offer one of the following:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund
SippityCup will cover courier fees only for defective or incorrect items.
Failure to report issues within 7 days voids all defect claims, unless otherwise required by law.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns (Very Strict)
For non-defective returns (change of mind):
• Must be requested within 7 days
• Must meet all return-condition requirements
• Courier costs are 100% the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds will only be processed once the item has been fully inspected and approved
• Items not approved will be returned to the customer at their own expense

4. Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Used drinkware
• Items not in original, sealed packaging
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items
• Hygiene-sensitive items that show any sign of use (bottles, cups, mugs, lids)
• Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse

5. Refund Processing (Strict Verification)
If a return is approved:
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
• No cash refunds
• Store credit may be issued if preferred
If a returned item fails inspection, no refund will be issued, and the item will be returned to the customer.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only if:
• Requested within 7 days
• Product is unused and in original packaging
• Stock is available
Courier fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless due to a defect.
